Add just one palm-full per bath for a healing soak. I recommend no longer than 30-45 minutes for a bath. That way you're not re-absorbing the bad juju you just sweat out into the tub!
No time for a bath? Drop a half of a palm-full in a big bowl with hot water, stir, and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. Each jar of herbal bath soaks contains about 10-15 soaks.
 
**Pro Tip** Don't want all the herbs in your tub? Toss the salts into your strainer and hold under the hot water as the tub fills! That way you get all the herbal-goodness with none of the tub-wiping, drain clearing clean up! Use a spoon to stir as the water pours over the salts.

Moonstone - This magical blend is sure to send you into pure bliss. Bergamot, Frankincense and Geranium essentail oils. The main feature is the Butterfly Pea Flower Powder which will magically turn your water a beautiful blue as the rose petals, cornflower, calendula and lemon wheels float gently around you. The Butterfly Pea Flower Powder is vitamin and nutrient-rich. Please ensure your tub is squeaky clean before using. After tub drains, use a washcloth to wipe any residue off to prevent leaving it blue.
